SAINT LOUIS, Mo. – Drake University's Ben Lott was named Missouri Valley Conference Men's Tennis Player of the Week for the second time this season, the league announced on Tuesday, April 12.
 
Lott won his only match for the week as he led the Bulldogs to a dominating 4-1 victory over Wichita State and extended Drake's MVC winning streak to 23 matches. Lott was the first singles match to finish, beating Miroslav Herzan 6-3, 6-4 and gave Drake a 2-0 lead. 

He previously earned MVC Player of the Week honors on March 1.
 
Lott and the rest of the Bulldogs return to action on Wednesday at Nebraska at 4 p.m.
