DES MOINES, Iowa – The 46th-ranked Drake men's tennis team hosts Wichita State on Saturday at 12 p.m. for the Bulldogs' final home match of the season and open Missouri Valley Conference action.

Drake is looking to snap a three-match skid after falling to nationally ranked William & Mary, Texas Tech and Rice on March 26 and March 27. The Bulldogs have won their last 22 conference matches and haven't dropped a league match since 2010. Drake has also had tremendous success at home this season, holding a 11-1 record in the friendly confines of the Roger Knapp Tennis Center.
The Bulldogs have three players with 10 or more dual match singles wins,
Vinny Gillespie,
Calum MacGeoch and Lott. MacGoech leads the team with 15 followed by Gillespie and Lott with 12 and 10, respectively.
The Shockers have lost three of their last four matches against Division I teams. Wichita State is lead by Tin Ostojic, who is ranked No. 100 in singles and is ranked 90th with Jocelyn Devilliers in doubles. Miroslav Herzan and Haru Inoue are also ranked in doubles, tabbed No. 54 with a 12-6 dual match record and a 3-2 mark against ranked opponents.
Following Saturday's match, the Bulldogs travel to Lincoln, Neb. to take on the Nebraska Huskers on Wednesday, April 13 at 4 p.m.
