The Drake University rowing program will have assistant coaches Sarah Dierksen or Katie Thurstin at five summer orientations for incoming Drake students. The coaches will be on hand to answer questions on walk-on opportunitities with the team. The program is coming off a third place finish at the 2016 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Championship this past spring, its best conference finish since 2012.
