DES MOINES, Iowa – Sophomore Ben Clark won the Flight 1 draw at the Drake Invitational to lead the Drake University men's tennis team on Sunday at the Roger Knapp Tennis Center.
 
Clark defeated Gustavus' Mohanad Al Houni 7-6, 6-1, claiming the Flight 1 singles draw title.
 
Flight 2 and Flight 3 went incomplete as the finals weren't played.
 
The Bulldogs rounded out their weekend with Tom Hands and Ben Wood earning victories. Hands topped Northern Illinois' Austin Russell 6-2, 6-2, while Wood cruised past NIU's Tom Hjertonsson 6-2, 6-3.
 
Drake returns to action on Oct. 1 when the Bulldogs plays in the ITA All-American Tournament in Tulsa, Okla.
