Megan Webb claimed the Flight B doubles title to lead the Drake University women's tennis team at the Drake Invitational on Sunday.
Jaglarz and Webb defeated South Dakota's Lazaveric/Nylund 8-4 to win the Flight B doubles championship.
Senior
Summer Brills and freshman
Liza Petushkova finished in third-place in the Flight A doubles draw by cruising past North Dakota's Palumbo/Hartnett 8-1.
In singles, Brills fell to Augustana's Kornelia Staniszewska 6-4, 6-2 to finish runner-up in the Flight A singles draw. Junior
Kenya Williams finished her day strong by winning the Flight B singles consolation championship with a pair of victories on the final day of competition. Jaglarz came up just short of a third-place finish in the Flight D draw as she dropped a tough 1-6, 6-0, 14-12 match against North Dakota's Alex Revenig.
The Bulldogs will split the squad up next week as seniors
Tess Herders and Brills will play in the Milwaukee Tennis Classic and the rest of the team will compete at the Gopher Invitational.
