NEBRASKA City, Neb. – The Drake University women's golf team had all four scorers shoot under 80 on the final day to finish in sixth-place at UNO Invitational on Saturday in Nebraska City, Neb.
"Today's round is how we know we can play. The biggest difference from yesterday was eliminating the big numbers. That was the focus for us today," said Drake head coach
Rachael Pruett. "It was great to hear players strategizing to make sure they avoided big numbers on the tougher holes. This is the kind of thinking we need in order to take the next step as a team. I'm excited to watch this team learn and grow this year."
