DES MOINES, Iowa – The Drake Relays presented by Hy-Vee and the Drake Road Races will host the first Drake Relays Health & Fitness Expo Saturday, April 21, at the Knapp Center from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
The Drake Relays Health & Fitness Expo will serve as the packet pick up for Drake Road Races and Grand Blue Mile competitors and feature nearly 30 health and fitness vendors.

Blake Boldon, the Franklin P. Johnson Director of the Drake Relays. "Registered runners and all members of the community are welcomed to join us to see the latest in health and fitness opportunities in Central Iowa and hear from a pair of Olympians in our Speaker Series."
Individuals of all ages and skill can also participate in the Health & Fitness Expo Speaker Series starting at 1 p.m. with presenting speakers Lisa Uhl and Leo Manzano.
Manzano is a 2012 Olympic silver medalist and Grand Blue Mile Champion while Uhl also represented the USA in the 2012 Olympics and is the NCAA record holder in the 10,000 meters. Uhl is scheduled to speak at 1 p.m. followed by Manzano at 2 p.m. The pair will disclose their training and racing tips while engaging the audience and giving a one-of-a-kind opportunity for the Des Moines community to hear from world-class athletes.

th Street and Forest Avenue.
