2015 - Saw action in all 21 games with 20 starts...scored one goal for the Bulldogs off of three attempts. 2014 - Appeared in and started all 19 games... took three shots...earned honorable mention All-MVC honors...2013 - Played in the Bulldogs’ first two games of the season before suffering a season-ending injury...chosen to the MVC Academic Honor Roll...2012 - Started all 18 games in which he appeared...registered seven shots, including three on goal...chosen to the MVC Academic Honor Roll...2011 - Appeared in all 20 contests, including 12 starts...helped anchor a Drake defensive unit that registered three shutouts, all versus conference opponents, en route to being named to the MVC All-Freshman squad...owned an assist on Ross Payne’s game-winning goal in a 3-1 win over Fordham, while also netting assist in Drake’s 4-3 home win over Saint Louis...helped Drake garner its first shutout of the season against Bradley...High School - A midfielder, from St. Thomas Aquinas High School, where he earned first team all-state accolades as a senior en route to sparking the Saints to their eighth consecutive state title...a member of four Eastern Kansas League teams, he recorded nine and six goals as a senior and junior, respectively...his 2009 squad captured the ESPN/adidas National Championship...Other - Played for KCFC Rangers club team...Personal - Born Nov. 21, 1992, in Overland Park, Kan....majoring in health sciences...son of John and Ann Whigham...Drake Presidential Scholarship recipient.
