Biography

Prep – Named an all-conference student-athlete … helped his team to a conference championship and appearance in the state semifinals … rushing, he picked up 475 yards on 83 attempts with three touchdowns … as a quarterback he threw for 201 yards with three touchdowns and caught three balls for 37 yards and a touchdown … as a junior, the team advanced to the state semifinals while he rushed for 150 yards and had 200 receiving yards.

Personal – Intends to major in business … is the son of Jim and Carolyn Stauner … his father played football at Illinois while his mother was a tennis student-athlete at Northwestern … has three siblings, Jamie, Sarah and Kristin.
