INDIANAPOLIS, IND. ---The NCAA Division I Men's and Women's Track and Field Committee announced today the participants in the 2008 NCAA Division I Men's and Women's Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

The championships will be held June 11-14 at Drake Stadium in Des Moines, Iowa. Drake University serves as the host.

A total of 544 student-athletes per gender will compete in the championships. Student-athletes qualified for the championships through participation in one of four regional championship meets. The complete list of all student-athletes competing in the championships is available on the NCAA Web site.
