The Dog Pound is the official student section of Drake Athletics. Help give the Bulldogs a home court advantage by bringing your energy and excitement to all of our athletic events.

WHAT IS THE DOG POUND STUDENT REWARDS APP?
The Dog Pound Student Rewards App is a free engagement and loyalty rewards phone application for all currently enrolled Drake University students. The program is designed to reward students for attending home Drake athletic events. Participants will earn points for every event they attend and check-in via the app. As points are accumulated, reward and prizes get unlocked for participants to claim. To get started, simply download the free mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Participants who download the app MUST fill out their profile completely to be eligible for rewards.

HOW DO YOU EARN POINTS?
Students earn points throughout the year by attending Drake Athletics events and checking in via Dog Pound Student Rewards. Each athletic event posted in the app is worth a minimum of 10 points, with the exception of volleyball football, and basketball games which are worth 20 points. In order to earn points, you MUST successfully check-in at the sporting event during the event time window as it is listed in the app.

Push notifications will be utilized to remind you about upcoming Drake Athletic events, and to let you know of any promotions such as FREE FOOD and special giveaways. In order to receive a giveaway, you MUST have the app downloaded to claim the offer. In addition, push notifications will inform you of how to claim specific prizes once enough points have been accumulated.

WHAT ARE THE PRIZES FOR 2025-26?

Free items that you can win just from attending games include t-shirts, jerseys, hoodies, hats and more. Special experiences will also be available as you complete specific goals within the app.

Some prize store items will end March 1, 2031 so that we have time to special order the items to have on hand for pick-up before the end of the school year.

All prizes are subject to availability. No substitutions or cash equivalent of prize is permitted, except at sole discretion of Drake Athletics. No prize transfers are permitted.
