General

What are ticket office hours? 

We are open Monday-Friday from 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. right inside the Knapp Center lobby. Game days we open one hour prior to game time. Please use the main doors to Knapp Center during hours.

How do I contact the ticket office?

What is the age requirement for a ticket? 

Anyone over the age of two (2) is in need of a ticket. There are NO child prices, everyone over the age of two (2) is the same price. 

Account Information

How do I change my contact information on my account? 

It is the responsibility of the account holder to notify the Drake Athletics Ticket Office in person or over the phone of any change in contact information (address, phone, email, etc.) 

Tickets

What is the admission policy? 

For all ticketed events, everyone over the age of two (2) is in need of a ticket. Anyone under the age of two (2) does not need a ticket and can sit on the laps of their parents. 

***There is no re-entry to any athletics events.**

Do you have a clear bag policy? 

Drake Athletics has a clear bag policy for all home athletics events. Below are clear bag guidelines. 

• Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12." An exception will be made for medically necessary items as well as diaper bags.
• Small clutch bags no larger than 5.5" x 8.5" 
• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag.

How do I get ADA (Handicap) seating? 

Accessible tickets may be ordered by calling the Drake Ticket Office at 515-271-3647 or email us at tickets@drake.edu. Please provide any special seating needs necessary when ordering tickets. Each accessible seating order will be eligible for one (1) attendant seat adjacent to ADA seat, subject to availability. 

If tickets located in general seating areas need to be exchanged for accessible seats, a person must provide their tickets for exchange to the Drake Athletics Ticket Office as soon as possible prior to the game to ensure them accessible seats with attendant seat. 

How do I transfer my season tickets? 

Season tickets may be transferred from the current season ticket holder (transferrer) to a new season ticket holder (transferee). The transferee will be required to pay the established rate for tickets. This includes Basketball as well as the Drake Relays. 

In the event of a Death: Tickets may be transferred into the name of the surviving spouse. If no surviving spouse exists or no transfer requests to an immediate family member are made, the tickets will be released and made available to the public. 

What are ticketed sports at Drake? 

We have five (5) sports that are ticketed here at Drake. The sports are: 
Football: Purchase Football Tickets
Volleyball: Purchase Volleyball Tickets
Men's Basketball: Purchase Men's Basketball Tickets
Women's Basketball: Purchase Women's Basketball Tickets
Drake Relays: Purchase Drake Relays Tickets

What are the sports we DO NOT ticket? 

Men's and Women's Soccer (With the exception of hosting championships)
Softball (With the exception of hosting championships)
Men's and Women's Tennis 

Are tickets available at the gates of games? 

Yes, we have tickets at the gates of all home games. We encourage you to purchase the tickets ahead of time to allow easy access into the games. However, we do have ticket office staff at games to sell at the games.

How do I access my digital tickets? 

How do I transfer my single game tickets? 

 Are all tickets mobile?

Yes all of our tickets are mobile and electronically distributed. If purchasing tickets online through  godrakebulldogs.com/tickets, all tickets will be delivered digitally. You can find the instructions on how to access those tickets as well as transfer those tickets at godrakebulldogs.com/tickets.
 

Do we sell tickets through alternative sites? 

Do you have a Will Call for tickets? 

We DO NOT have Will Call for tickets. The only tickets we will have are for Recruits as well as Pass Lists for Drake and Visitors.

Clear Bag Policy

What size bags are permitted?

Fans attending events at Drake will be permitted to carry one clear plastic or vinyl bag that does not exceed 12"x6"x12", or one, one-gallon clear plastic or zip-lock bag. A small clutch no larger than 5.5" x 8.5" may also be carried in addition to one clear bag. Diaper bags (with child) and bags approved for medical needs will be permitted after a search by security personnel. All other bags, backpacks, totes, and coolers are strictly prohibited. An exception will be made for empty plastic water bottles, up to 32 ounces.

Payments

How do I pay for my tickets? 

Tickets will not be held or issued without payment. Payments may be made by cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover only. Checks must be made payable to the Drake Athletics. WE DO NOT ACCEPT American Express or Apple Pay. 

Faculty/Staff receive a 20% discount ONLY on season tickets. 
 

What are your fees per ticket? 

For Football and Volleyball, single game tickets will include a $2 "Per Ticket Fee" for both online and in-person sales. For Men's & Women's Basketball, as well as the Drake Relays, single game/single session tickets will include a $3 "Per Ticket Fee" for both online and in-person sales. 

Flex Plans, Mini Plans, and Season Tickets will have a $5-$10 Order Fee included, depending on the Sport and/or Package you purchase. 

Can I get a refund? 

All sales are final. Refund or exchange requests may be submitted to the Drake Athletics Ticket Office. Any refund/exchange is at the sole discretion of the Drake Athletics Ticket Office and is not guaranteed.
