Construction continues on schedule as the pouring of concrete floors progresses and interior wall structures begin to go up inside the Shivers Basketball Practice Facility adjacent to the Knapp Center.

With the future practice home of the men's and women's basketball programs completely enclosed, construction crews have recently poured and cured the floor in the south gym. The floor in the northern gym is expected to be poured next week.

The concrete floor is in place in the team areas to allow construction crews to begin putting up the frames for the walls that will become the Bulldogs' locker rooms, lounges and film room. One level above, the majority of the framework for the walls is in place as the completion of utilities and ductwork at that level draws near.
