INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Drake men's soccer team lost at Butler, 4-0, Saturday, Sept. 12.

Butler (3-0-1) scored two goals in each half to edge Drake (3-2-0) in the battle of the two Bulldog squads.

Caleb Postlewait scored Butler's first goal on penalty kick at the 20:28 mark in the opening half and Jeff Adkins added to the first half scoring at the 24:30 mark. David Goldsmith and Nolan Schloneger each scored in the second half to help defeat Drake.

Drake finished with nine shots total, with three in the opening half and six in the second half.  Sophomore Steven Enna (Overland Park, Kan.), led Drake wit three shots, including two on goal.

Drake returns to Cownie Soccer Complex next week as the Drake Bulldogs host two games with UMKC on Sept. 15 and DePaul on Sept. 19. Both will have 7 p.m. start times.
