WEST DES MOINES, Iowa - The Drake University women's soccer team takes on Evansville Saturday, Oct. 13 at 5 p.m. on Senior Day. The game has been moved to Tiger Field at Valley High School in West Des Moines due to Saturday's weather forecast and an unplayable field at Cownie Soccer Complex.
Prior to the match, Drake will honor its five-member senior class of
Alyssa Brand (Skokie, Ill.),
Tawny Carroll (Streamwood, Ill.),
Linda Fiorito (Overland Park, Kan.),
Elaine Gorom (O'Fallon, Ill.) and
Shannon Steurer (Ballwin, Mo.). The five have played in a combined 269 career matches, won 37 matches and helped the program win two Missouri Valley Conference regular season championships.
