DES MOINES, Iowa – Due to high water levels on the Des Moines River, the 2018 Head of the Des Moines Regatta scheduled for Sept. 29 for the Drake University rowing team has been cancelled. The Bulldogs will now start their fall season at a new event for the program, ROWtoberfest, Oct. 6 in Chicago, Ill.
