The Drake University men's tennis team welcomes team from across the Midwest to the Roger Knapp Tennis Center this weekend for the annual Drake Invitational. The competition begins Friday at 3 p.m. and continues Saturday and Sunday at 9 a.m.

The Bulldogs welcome competitors from Wichita State, Northern Illinois, Creighton, North Dakota, Omaha, Northwest Missouri State, Washington University and Gustavus Adolphus.

Competiting in singles competition for Drake this weekend will be Luka Jankovic (A Flight), Reid Jarvis (A Flight), Freddie Powell (B Flight) and David Nyman (B Flight). Drake's doubles teams include Jankovic/Nyman (B Flight).
