The Drake University men's basketball team hosts Evansville Feb. 21-22 in the Bulldogs' final home series of its historic 2020-21 season. The series opens Feb. 21 at 3 p.m. on MVC TV/FS Midwest/NBC Sports Chicago and closes Feb. 22 at 6 p.m. on ESPN+.
The games are the Bulldogs' 11
th and 12
th in 26 and 27 days as the team continues to march to the postseason with a 21-2 record to tie for the fifth most wins in program history and the third-straight 20-win season.
Evansville has dropped four-straight games to stand at 6-8 in the MVC standings. However, with the exception of a 31-point loss at Bradley, the Aces' league losses have come by an average of just 9.6 points per game with three single-digit losses.
The Bulldogs are coming off a comfortable 77-69 win at UNI to earn a series sweep of the Panthers.
Joseph Yesufu led the Bulldogs in that win with a career-high 20 points as he see additional minutes in
ShanQuan Hemphill's absence from the lineup due to injury.
Garrett Sturtz, who has been a recent addition to the starting five in the Bulldogs' re-tooled lineup added a career-high 19 points in that win as well.

Darnell Brodie hauled in 10 boards in the Bulldogs' last outing and is averaging 8.3 points and 7.3 rebounds per game in the Bulldogs' last three outings as he goes against an Evansville team that has been outrebounded in 10 of its MVC games.
Following this weekend's series, the Bulldogs take to the road for a two-game series at Bradley next week to close the regular season.
