The Drake University men's tennis team return to action with a 5-2 win over visiting Creighton Saturday afternoon at the Roger Knapp Tennis Center.
 
Newcomer Benedek Hermann clinched the match for the Bulldogs and No. 2 singles with a three-set, 4-6, 6-1, 6-1 win to earn the Bulldogs' fourth point of the match.
 
Drake (2-4) fell behind after dropping the doubles point, but Evan Fragistas evenend the match with a 6-1, 6-2 win at No. 3 singles. Oliver Johansson then put Drake on top with a 6-3, 6-3 win at No. 1 singles. Markus Bolin then extended that lead with a 6-3, 6-2 win at No. 5 singles.
 
Creighton got on the board with a win at No. 6 before Hermann closed out the match. Drake's Reid Jarvis added a 7-6, 7-6 win at No. 4 singles after the match had been decided.
 
The Bulldogs remain home for their next match, March 27, against visitin Omaha.
