SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH -- The Drake University men's tennis team fell in their double header against Utah and Montana State Sunday afternoon.
The Ute's took an early advantage when won the first three singles matches against the Bulldogs.
Three of the singles matches went unfinished, along with one doubles match.
Drake found success against the Bobcats, when they won two singles matches and two doubles matches. One match in the doubles portion went unfinished against Montana State.
Bulldog duo Jeremy Schifris and Oliver Johansson defeated Matej Panik and Daan Van Dijk, 7-6 (7-5).
Matt Clegg and Reid Jarvis also won their doubles match when they defeated Manuel Monteiro and Nejc Sitar, 6-3.
The Bulldogs return to action Friday Feb. 25 when they host Western Michigan.
