IOWA CITY, Iowa -- Drake University men's golf ended with its best round of the Hawkeye Invitational on Sunday (April 17) at Finkbine Golf Course (Par 72, 7157 yards). The Bulldogs (301-308-284-893) turned in the second-lowest score of the third round with a combined 284.
 
Tim Lim (75-71-71-217) matched his second round score of 71 (-1) on day two to finish in a tie for 13^th place. Lucas Scherf (74-76-68-218) delivered the lowest score of the day by any competitor with a 68 (-4) for a share of 15^th place.
 
Silvester Tan (74-81-72-227) broke even in the final round and totaled eight birdies over the tournament. Zac Jenkins (78-84-75-237) and Nikko Ganas (83-80-73-236) both drastically improved their scores in round three to round out the Bulldog lineup.
