Drake men's soccer has reached the finish line and will close out their regular season on the road Wednesday, No. 1 at Missouri State.
Bulldogs by the Numbers
Drake is currently 3-9-3 overall and 1-5-1 in league play. The Bulldogs at home went 3-2-2 in Des Moines, including a 2-0 win over St. Thomas in the opening match at Mediacom Stadium. They hold a 0-7-1 record on the road.
AJ Franklin leads the Bulldogs in multiple categories including points (13), goals (6), shots (33), and shots on goal (19).
Damian Segura has lent a major helping hand with a team-high four assists on the season to date.

Scouting Missouri State
The Bears have enjoyed a successful season, as they enter this match with a record of 9-2-3, with a mark of 5-1-1 in conference play. They are coming off a victory on Friday, with a score of 5-2, against Bowling Green. They find themselves second in the MVC Standings, behind only Western Michigan.
Gijs Hovius leads Missouri State in goals with five, Jesus Barea leads the Bears in assists with four, and the two are tied for the team lead in points at 12 apiece. Barea also leads the team in shots with 31 and shots on goal with 21.
Harry Townsend has started all 14 of Missouri State's games in net and has allowed nine goals to 28 saves.
The Bulldogs have a record of 8-17-8 in their history with the Bears. The last matchup featured a 1-1 tie in Missouri. Drake has not defeated Missouri State since 2017.
