DES MOINES, Iowa -- The 113th Drake Relays presented by Xtream powered by Mediacom featured countless impressive performances from athletes in all divisions. However, four athletes' performances stood out, leading them to be selected and honored as the Relays Most Outstanding Performers.
The winners of this notable achievement consist of two athletes from the Collegiate/Invitational division and two from the High School level.
Ryan Crouser was named the Maury White Award winner, Tia Jones was the Relays Most Outstanding Performance for the women's side of the Collegiate/Invitational division, Cedar Rapids Washington's Miles Thompson was the recipient of the Robert Kramme Award and Ames' Ali Frandsen earned the Gerry Cooley Award.

Gerry Cooley Award (High School Girls) - Ali Frandsen
Winning his fifth straight Relays title, Crouser launched the third and fourth-ever throws of 22+ meters in Drake Relays history and now owns 203 throws over 22 meters in his career.
Jones was the youngest runner in the women's 100 hurdles but also the fastest with a 12.44 clocking, which ranks No. 2 in the world, to win the event for the second straight year. She maintained her form on the Blue Oval in recording the second-fastest legal time in the event at the Drake Relays to repeat as champion.
Thompson set a Drake Relays record in the boys 100m (10.37, No. 2 all-time) and ran the second leg on a record-breaking 4x100 relay (41.71, No. 3 all-time).
Frandsen won the 100m and 400m hurdles, anchored the second-place shuttle hurdle relay team, and anchored the sixth-place 4x400 relay team.

th edition of the Drake Relays will be held at historic Drake Stadium April 24-27, 2024.
