SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. -- Drake rowing headed to Fish Creek in Saratoga Springs for the first time in the 2023 MAAC Championship to face off against the conference's best boats. 
 
"The course was beautiful and the weather was incredible with wonderful scenery," head coach Charlie DiSilvestro said. "The course was outstanding. We knew we didn't have any tune-up races before the finals this year. All three boats performed really well today. We were happy with our performance but not satisfied with the result. We have a great group of athletes coming back. Lindsay York which will be a huge loss for us, but she is the only athlete we have graduating. We will look to start in a better spot next fall."
