Omaha, Neb. - The Bulldogs held on to win their final match of the regular season against Omaha University on the road. Drake got off to a strong start and prevailed to win 4-3 and finish the regular season with a 3-2 record in the Summit League and a 10-8 overall record.

Omaha gained a quick advantage over the Bulldogs in the doubles point, with Mikhail Korkunov and Bryan Kuntz defeating Markus Bolin and Matt Clegg 7-5. Jeremy Schifris and Olle Sonesson Lidholt evened the doubles tilt by defeating Mikel Garmendia and Ethan Gaubert in a tight 7-6 finish. Oliver Johansson and Matija Matic's match completed the doubles tiebreaker trifecta, as they won 7-6 over Quintan Van Wijk and Ryoma Mishiro to secure the first point of the match for the Bulldogs.
 
Sonesson Lidholt began singles play with a statement 6-0, 6-1 win over Garmendia in the sixth singles position. Bolin proceeded to win 6-2, 7-5 over Korkunov to give Drake a 3-0 match lead. Omaha, however, battled back to make the match close down the stretch. Kuntz defeated Matic in the third singles slot and Gaubert took down Clegg in the fifth singles position to narrow Drake's lead to 3-2. Johansson stopped the Omaha rally and gave Drake the match victory by winning a three-set match over Van Wijk. Johansson took the first set 6-2, dropped the second set 6-4, but persevered to win 6-3 in the deciding set. Mishiro defeated Schifris to tally the match at a 4-3 score in Drake's favor.
