Camden, New Jersey - The Bulldogs completed racing in the Knecht Cup in Camden, New Jersey this weekend. The team was scheduled to race both days on the weekend, but the winds were too strong for them to race on Saturday, so they only raced on Sunday.
"We made a lot of improvements from Michigan," Head Coach
Charlie DiSilvestro said. "We worked on our race plan and building intensity during the whole race. Every boat saw a change and we learned that we need to keep working on building intensity as we start to get closer to conference play."
The varsity eight raced a time of 7:19.77, the second varsity eight raced an 8:05.02 time and the varsity four raced an 8:48.60 time. Each boat only raced once due to the race format.
