The Basics
The Drake men's golf team will take to the course for its second event of the fall season with the Bluejay Invitational hosted by Creighton University from Sep. 15-16. The tournament will be held at Shadow Ridge Country Club in Omaha, Nebraska, with teams scheduled to play 54 holes over two days (36 holes Monday, 18 holes Tuesday).

About the Course
The championship course at Shadow Ridge Country Club recently went under a renovation and redesign by golf course architects Jackson Kahn Design resulting in improvements to the course bunkers, green surrounds, fairway site lines, select water features, and tee complexes providing a new experience for golfers of all skill levels. The course measures in at 7,079 yards at its longest and plays as a par 72 and is consistently ranked as one of the best courses in the state of Nebraska and is recognized for its outstanding layout and superb playing conditions.
