"We believe the key to sustained excellence of Drake Athletics boils down to three things: people, culture, and resources. This group are all outstanding colleagues in our department and wonderful to be around. They have all played integral roles in the success we have enjoyed in our department and they have all earned this promotion in title. Put quite plainly, our department is better because these people are part of it."
Admire joined Drake Athletics in 2018 as Director of Broadcasting and has served as the face and voice of Drake Athletics. Admire has served as the radio play-by-play announcer for Drake men's basketball and started Drake Sports Media to share stories of Drake's student-athletes, coaches, and staff in a variety of ways, including our network of podcasts. Bluhm is in his third year with Drake Athletics and leads the communications and media relations efforts for Drake's men's basketball, men's and women's golf, rowing, women's soccer, softball, and volleyball. Bluhm handled the publicity of the historic 2025 men's basketball team that won the Missouri Valley Conference regular season and tournament championships and subsequent NCAA Tournament victory against the University of Missouri.
Crowl serves on the senior staff of Drake Athletics with oversight of the athletics compliance department. Crowl has helped Drake navigate the ever-changing landscape including taking the lead with the Collegiate Sports Commission and CAPS. Crowl adds the role of Roster Management to his title to better reflect the evolving nature within college athletics as well as an elevated role he will have within the recruitment and retention of men's and women's basketball student-athletes.
Greene joined Drake Athletics in March 2025 and quickly became a key member of the facilities and events team. He works closely with the basketball and volleyball programs to support their daily facility needs and serves as the primary contact for events in the Knapp Center. Greene's promotion recognizes the important role he plays in the day-to-day operations of Drake Athletics.

Mullen also serves as the day-to-day contact for P-Card transactions and many other business office functions.
Onken is completing her first year with Drake Athletics and has quickly established herself as a leader within the department. Onken has helped elevate both event and day-to-day operations through her tireless work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things the right way.
Regan joined Drake Athletics in 2023 from a previous role in the Provost's Office at Drake. Since moving to the athletics department, Regan has played a critical role in the Student-Athlete Academic Success division within the department. Regan primarily works with football, men's basketball, and women's basketball. Her leadership has helped Drake Athletics student-athletes achieve a cumulative grade-point average greater than 3.30 every semester she has worked at Drake.
Shindelar's Bulldog journey began in 2022 when he was initially hired as Assistant Director in the communications department and was eventually promoted to the director role in May 2024.
