Biography

2008 - Saw action in all 19 games, including 17 starts...earned second team All-MVC laurels for the second time...led the Bulldogs in game-winning goals (3), while ranking second in goals (7), points (16), shots (43) and shots on goal (25)...paced Drake in MVC play in goals (3), points (6) and game-winners (2)...netted lone goal in 1-0 win over Evansville, while netting game-winner in 3-1 victory at Northern Iowa...ranked second in the MVC in game-winning goals (3), sixth in goals (7), seventh in goals per game (0.37), eighth in points (16) and points per game (0.84), ninth in shots per game (2.26) and 10th in shots (43).  2007 - Earned second team All-MVC honors while leading Drake with seven goals...the Bulldogs’ top returning scorer netted game-winners against Indiana State and lifted Drake past Missouri State in the opening round of the State Farm MVC Tournament by scoring both goals...scored two tallies against Northern Iowa...started in six of 19 games. 2006 - Played in 19 matches, recording the winning goal at Creighton. High School - Captain of Palmer High School team, which was ranked No. 5 in Colorado...named the “Best of the Best” by the Rocky Mountain News after leading Palmer to the 2005 state tournament quarterfinals...three-time all-state and first team all-conference pick.  Other - Member of the Real Colorado club team that were semifinalists at far west regional championships and earned five state crowns and one Region IV title...member of the Colorado ODP state team from 2002-05.  Personal - Born Sept. 19, 1988...majoring in sociology...daughter of Tim and Patty Townley...Drake Presidential Scholar recipient.
