2010 Indoor — Member of sixth place 4x400 relay at MVC Indoor Championship...2009 Outdoor — Ran season best 56.43 to finish fourth in 400 at John McDonnell Open...fourth and fifth in 400 at Jim Duncan Invitational and Duke Asics Invitational, respectively...fourth in 200 at Gopher Open...named to 2009 MVC Track & Field Scholar-Athlete team...2009 Indoor — Ran leg on distance medley relay which was second at MVC Championship, recording second fastest time in school history at 11:44.65......ran on distance medley relay which defended title at Iowa State Open...also ran anchor leg on 4x400 relay which was sixth...won 400 at Panther Open and anchored winning 4x400 relay...won 200 and 400 at UNI-Dome Open... 2008 Outdoor  — Ran anchor legs on 4x400 and 4x100 relays which were fifth and sixth, respectively, at MVC Championship... won 400 at Nebraska Invitational...fourth in 400 at Musco Invitational...2008 Indoor — Fifth in 60 at UNI-Dome Open...2007 Outdoor — Ran on 4x400 team that was fifth at MVC Championships...had team and season best 56.85 in the 400 at the MVC Championship...placed in the 200 at the Jim Duncan Invitational...2007 Indoor — Had season best of 25.93 in 200 while finishing third at UNI Open...also ran season best 58.0 in 400 at Iowa State Classic.

Prep — Led Mullen High to three Colorado Class 4A state track championships...ran on 4x400 relay which won state crown...was second in 400, third in 200 and fourth in 100 at 2006 Colorado Class 4A state outdoor meet...won 400 at 2005 Colorado 4A state indoor meet...won 100, 200 and 400 at Colorado Regional meet and conference meet.
