Senior who brings added frontcourt depth, athleticism, length and maturity to the Drake program after transferring two years ago from Binghamton University...redshirted at Binghamton in 2009-10 after playing his freshman and sophomore seasons (2007-09) at Arizona State...career field-goal percentage of .632 from 2010-11 is best among all returning players in the Missouri Valley Conference entering the 2011-12 season.
2011-12 (Senior) -- Has played in every game and started two, averaging 3.0 points and 3.2 rebounds per game.
- Again tied season-high of four blocked shots against Wichita State (1/28). Woods also added four steals, eight rebounds, and seven points, two of which scored the game-tieing basket to send the game into its first overtime of three.
- Tied his season-high of four blocked shots against Illinois State (1/17)
- Recorded his first career double-double against Illinois State (1/17) with a season-high 11 points.
- Did not miss a shot from the field (3-3) at Boise State (11/30) and vs. Central Arkansas (12/21), scoring a then season-high 9 points in the latter.

- Grabbed career-best and team season-best 13 rebounds in MVC Tournament game vs. Bradley (3/3), in 21 minutes of action.

2008-09 (Arizona State--Sophomore) -- Played in nine games and scored six points (0.7) on 1-of-1 shooting, with one rebound (0.1) and four turnovers. Also shot 4-10 from the free-throw line in 23 minutes of action (2.6).
2007-08 (Arizona State--Freshman) -- Played in 12 games for the Sun Devils and scored 10 points (0.8) with six rebounds (0.5), two assists, one turnover, three blocks and two steals. Shot 3-6 from the field in 54 minutes (4.5).
2006-07 (The Hill Prep School) — Originally signed with Villanova in the fall of 2005 before attending The Hill Prep School in Pottstown, Pa...averaged 11.7 points and 6.1 rebounds at The Hill Prep School in 2006-07 earning first-team All-Mid Atlantic Prep League honors while guiding team to the championship of the Pennsylvania Independent Tournament.
High School — Was a four-year starter at Pocono Mountain (Pa.) East High School where he scored 1,196 career points, leading his team to two Mountain Valley Conference titles.
