2014 Cross Country — Claimed ninth place at the Viking Invitational... placed 57th at the Oz Memorial and 43rd at the Bulldog Classic. 

2014 Outdoor — Did not compete due to injury... 2014 Indoor — Placed fifth in the 3000 at the Iowa Invitational... also 19th in the 3,000-meter race at the Jack Jennett Invitational with a season-best time of 10:58.10... 2013 Cross Country — Honored with the Karla Burds Leadership Award winner as the outstanding freshman at the season conclusion... finished in 165th place at the NCAA Midwest Regional... placed 59th at the MVC Championship... was 132nd at the Bradley Classic... fifth at the Viking Invitational and 20th at the Bulldog Classic. 

Prep — Was captain of the cross country team during her junior and senior seasons at Lake Zurich High …was the track team's most improved award winner her senior season … was a state qualifier in the 3,200-meters her senior year in which she finished 18th overall … led cross country team a third-place conference finish her senior season… was a four-year honor student.

Personal — English major... honored with the 2013-14 MVC Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award ... daughter of Dan and Gloria Ufheil … has one younger sister, Danielle.
