Freshman (2013-14): Averaged 3.9 points per game in 16 games with four starts ... shot 35.9 percent from both the field and three-point arc ... missed the last four contests of the season with a broken hand suffered in practice on Feb. 21 ... made his second career start against Illinois State and had a team-high six rebounds ... returned from illness to nearly notch a double-double with 10 points and a career-high nine rebounds in just 14 minutes at IUPUI ... scored a team-high 18 points in 20 minutes on 7-of-10 shooting and 4-of-7 from the three-point arc against Iowa Wesleyan ... started in his first collegiate game at UIC and recorded three rebounds and an assist.

High School: Averaged 17.3 points and 7.9 rebounds per game last season for Liberty Hill High School… also averaged two assists, 1.6 steals and 1.9 blocks per game… as a junior, he recorded 15.3 points and 7.3 rebounds per game.

Personal: Son of Ray and Letty Danielak…majoring in finance…father played basketball at Texas State…sister, Kristina, played basketball at Cornell University…felt that Drake provided him with the right fit of a high academic school with a good basketball program.
