2016 Outdoor — Named MVC All-Conference and MVC Scholar-Athlete Team...honored as USTFCCCA All-Academic...placed third in the long jump and triple jump at the MVC Outdoor Championships...finished sixth in the triple jump and 10th in the long jump at the Drake Relays...won the triple jump and placed second in the long jump at the Jim Duncan Invitational...placed second in the triple jump at the Ottawa Invitational...took third place in the long jump at the Stanford Invitational and the Texas Relays...won the triple jump and finished third in the long jump at the Arkansas Spring Invitational

2016 Indoor - Placed third in the triple jump and fourth in the long jump at the MVC Indoor Championships...won the long jump and triple jump at the Iowa State Classic...finished 11th in the long jump at the Husker Invitational...placed first in the long jump with a personal best 19-7.5 claiming the third longest jump in school history and came in third in the triple jump at the Mark Messersmith Invite...Took second in long jump and third in triple jump at the Big 4 Classic...finished thied in the triple jump and second in the long jump at the SDSU Holiday Invitational...took fourth in the long jump and second in triple jump at the Holiday Inn Invitational.

2015 Indoor- Jumped a new personal best of 19-6.25 in the long jump to finished fifth at the Indoor MVC Championships. Finsished second at the Big Four Duals with a jump of 18-0.5. Finished fifth in the triple jump at the Indoor MVC Championships with a mark of 40.09-75. Won the Big Four Duals with a triple jump of 39-5. 

2014 Outdoor — Placed eighth in the triple jump at the MVC Outdoor Championship... sixth at the Musco Invitational and seventh at the Gateway Invite in the triple jump... claimed the triple jump title at the Duncan Invitational in a wind aided career best 39-3.75...   2014 Indoor — Finished sixth in the triple jump in a then season best 38-7.75 at the MVC Indoor Championship... second in the triple at the Iowa Invitational... placed third in the triple jump at the Jack Jennett Invitational, Iowa Big Four Duals and the ISU Holiday Preview.

2013 Outdoor — Came in 11th in the triple jump at the State Farm MVC Outdoor Championship... placed second in a personal best 37-11.5 in the triple at the Musco Invite... took third place at the Nebraska Invitational and the Duncan Invitational... claimed first in the triple and third in the long jump at the Ashford Spring Classic...  2013 Indoor — Finished 14th in the triple jump at the MVC Indoor Championship... triple jump champion at the Iowa Invitational.

Prep — Four-year varsity letterwinner in track at Bolingbrook High...broke multiple school records in the triple jump and long jump...named to all-conference and all-state teams...placed fifth in the triple jump at the Illinois 3A state meet her senior year...also lettered twice in bowling...given the Raider Academic Excellence award by Bolingbrook High School.

Personal — Psychology major... honored with the 2012-13 and 2013-14 MVC Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award... daughter of Cedric and Eleanor Bell... sister of Kaitlin... born in November, 1993 in Florida.
