2016 Outdoor- Took eighth in the 3000m at the Musco Twilight meet...had a personal best in the 1500m at the Jim Duncan Invitational of 4:04.73...placed second in the 1500m at the Ottawa Invitational...came in third at the Grand View Invitational in the 1500m.

2016 Indoor- Finished 25th in the 3000 at the MVC Indoor Championships...placed 12th in both the 3000 meter and the one mile at the Mark Messersmith Invite...set a personal best placing 12th in the one mile with a time of 4:24.64...took 25th in the 3000 at the Holidday Inn Invitational.

2015 Outdoor- Set a personal best in the 1500m with a time of 4:01:91, finishing ninth at the Tom Botts Invitational. Finished second at the 2015 Viking Classic in the 1500m with a time of 4:09.60.

2015 Indoor- Claimed a new personal best in the mile, running 4:27.59 at the Big Four Duals, finishing 15th overall. Ran 9:04.39 in the 3,000 meters at the MVC Indoor Championships, and ran on the seventh place Distance Medley Relay, 10:35.41.

2014 Cross Country — Finished 182nd at the NCAA Midwest Reional...finished 58th at the MVC Outdoor Championships...placed 262nd at the Roy Griak Invitational... claimed seventh at the Viking Invitational... finished 37th at the Oz Memorial and 34th at the Bulldog Classic. 

2014 Outdoor and Indoor — Redshirted due to injury... 

2013 Cross Country — Finished 10th and was the second Bulldog at the Viking Invitational ... came in 219th at the Roy Griak Invitational ... 35th at the Oz Memorial ... placed 22nd at the Bulldog Classic 4K.

2013 Outdoor — Finished 16th in the 1500 in a personal best 4:06.38 at the State Farm MVC Outdoor Championship...third in the 1500 at the Grand View Classic...won the 1500 at the Ashford Spring Classic... 2013 Indoor — Placed seventh in the 3000 at the Iowa Invitational and Iowa State Open...fourth in the 3000 at the Cyclone Holiday Preview... 2012 Cross Country — Redshirted.

Prep — Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track at La Crosse Central... three-time Mississippi Valley Conference first-team honors in cross country... two-time all-conference selection in track... cross country and track team captain as a senior... member of state champion 4x800 relay team at Wisconsin Division 1 state meet in 2010 with team placing third... selected La Crosse Central Student of the Year as a senior... member of the highest honor roll and top one-percent of his class... high school teammate of Drake team member, James Saxton.
