2016 Outdoor — Named MVC All-Conference...finished second at the MVC Outdoor Championships in the 100m...took second in the 100m at the Drake Relays...won the 100m at the Musco Twilight meet...won the 100m, 200m and the 4x100 at the Jim Duncan Invitational...won the 100m and the 4x100 along with finishing third in the 4x400 at the Ottawa Invitational...placed second in the 100m at the Arkansas Spring Invitational and the Georgia Relays.

2016 Indoor- Took fourth place in the 60 and ninth in the 200 at the MVC Indoor Championships...placed 10th in the 200 at the Iowa State Classic...finished 20th in the 60 and 10th in the 200 at the Husker Invite....took third in the 60 at the Mark Messersmith Invite...set a personal best by taking third in the 60 with a time of 6.83 at the Big Four Invite...finished second in the 200 and third in the 60 at the SDSU Holiday Invitational...took 13th in the 200 at the Holiday Inn Invitational. 

2015 Indoor- Ran a seasons best in the 60 meter dash of 6.88 and finished fifth at the Indoor MVC Championships. This was the fastest time for the Bulldog's during the indoor season. Finished fifth at the Big Four Duals in 6.92. Finished eighth in the 200 meter dash at the Indoor MVC Championships, ran 22.19. Finished fifth at the Jack Jennett Invitational with a time of 22.41. Ran a leg of the 4x400 meter relay that finished seventh at the MVC Championships. 

Transferred from the University of Georgia in Fall 2014... Prep — Started competing in track near the end of his junior year at Our Lady of Mercy High School... placed third in both the 100 and the 4x100 relay at the 2011 Georgia Class A (private) state track meet... qualified for state in the 100 as a junior... four year letterwinner in football... co-captain of the football team... winner of the 2011 Top Cat award, given to the best all-around student-athlete at OLM.

Personal — Psychology major... recipient of the Drake Presidential Scholarship... son of Larry and Kim Vincent... sister, Lindsey, ran track at Georgia Tech.
