2020 Indoor: Placed 25th in the 400m at the MVC Indoor Championships ... set a new personal best in the 400m at the Iowa State Classic ... was 45th at Frank Sevigne Invitational 400m ... was eighth at the 400m in the Cyclone Open.

2019 Outdoor: Did not compete.
 
2018 Outdoor: Finished 11th in the heptathlon at the MVC Championships...helped win the 4x400 relay at the Jim Duncan Invitational and took eighth in the long jump.

2018 Indoor: Was ninth in the 600 meters at the Husker Invitational and 23rd in the 60-meter hurdles...finished 16th in the shot put at the Mark Messersmith Invite...finished fifth in the shot put and 11th in the weight throw at the Iowa State Duels

2017 Outdoor: Finished second in the 400mH and sprint medley relay as well as seventh in the 100mH at the Central Invitational...placed 15th and 20th in the 400mH and 100mH at the Arkansas Spring Invitational

2017 Indoor: Finished fifth with the 4x400 relay at the Messersmith Invitational...placed sixth in the 60mH and second in the 4x400 relay at the Dutch Holiday Preview

Prior to Drake: Six-time all-state selection...second place state finisher in 4x200...helped team to first place finish in conference, districts, sectionals and KU relays...300mH district champion
