2019 Indoor: Was ninth at the Jimmy Grant Invitational ... set a personal best in the 3000m at the Black & Gold Premier ... was 28th at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational ... was 29th at the MVC Indoor Championships.

2018 Cross Country: Placed 62nd at the MVC Championships ... finished 189th at the Bradley Pink Classic ... placed 122nd at the Roy Griak Invitational ... Finished 53rd to score at the Hawkeye Invitational.

2018 Outdoor: Finished 17th in the 1,500 meters at the Nebraska Invitational...placed 17th in the 1,500 meters at the Tom Botts Invitational...finished 19th in the 1,500 meters at the Arkansas Spring Invitational.

2018 Indoor: Finished 25th in the mile at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational...took 13th in the mile at the Mark Messersmith Invitational...placed 25th at the Graduate Classic in the 3,000 meters.

2017 Cross Country: Ran at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 33:40.0...finished 59th at the MVC Championships...placed 126th at the Griak Invitational with an 8ktime of 29:17.5...debuted his season with a 58th place finish at the Hawkeye Invitational

Prior to Drake: Was a three-time state cross country qualifier ... was a conference champion as a senior and all-section selection ... during his senior season, his team finished just three spots away from qualifying for the state championship as a team ... named his school's top male athlete as a senior ... was also a state qualifier as a junior and sophomore and an all-conference and all-section selection both seasons ... earned all-conference honors as a freshman.

Personal:  Is the son of Jesse and Karen Romain ... intends to major in business at Drake...named Woodbury High School's Royal Honors Athlete, given to the best combined student and athlete at Woodbury High School.
