2020 Indoor: Was 14th in the 5000m at the MVC Indoor Championships ... set a personal best in the Iowa State Classic 5000m ... was second in the 5000m at the Graduate Classic.

2019 Cross Country: Placed fifth at the Creighton vs. Drake Dual in the 4k with a personal best time of 14:22.91 … Placed 40th at the MVC Championship with a time of 19:49.88  … Placed 138th at the NCAA Midwest Regional.

2019 Outdoor: Placed third at the Jim Duncan Invitational ... finished fifth in the 3000m at the John McDonnell Invitational ... was sixth in the Kansas Relays ... set a personal record in the Drake Relays 5000m ... posted a personal best in the 1500m at the Nebraska Invitational ... seventh at MVC championships in the 10k with a personal best and 19th in the 5000m.

2019 Indoor: Finished third at the Jimmy Grant Invitational ... was third in the Graduate Classic ... set a personal best in the 3000m at the Black & Gold Premier ... placed third in the 5000m at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational ... was 21st and 11th respectively in the 3000m and 5000m at the MVC Indoor Championships.

2018 Cross Country: Finished 139th at the NCAA Midwest Regional ... placed 34th at the MVC Championships ... finished 154th to score at the Bradley Pink Classic ... placed 89th at the Roy Griak Invitaitonal ... was 32nd at the Hawkeye Invitational.

2018 Outdoor: Took 13th in the 5,000m at the 2018 Drake Relays...was 22nd in the 1,500m at the Tom Botts Invitational...took second at the Jim Duncan Invitational in the 5,000m...opened her season with a 16th place finish at the Arkansas Spring Invitational in the 3,000m. 

2018 Indoor: Ran a personal best 10:46.83 at the MVC Championships to finish 35th in the 3,000 meters...was 21st in the mile at the Husker Invitational...finished 10th in the 800 meters at the Mark Messersmith Invite...placed 13th in the mile at the Graduate Classic.

2017 Cross Country: Ran a 6k time of 22:47.9 at the NCAA Midwest Regional...placed 60th at the MVC Championships with a 5k time of 19:33.5...took 112th at the Bradley Pink Classic with a time of 22:51.8...placed 54th at the Oz Memorial with a 6k time of 25:16.5...opened the season with a 4k time of 16:40.3 at the Hawkeye Invitational.

Prior to Drake: Was named all-district in cross country and all-district and all-section in track & field as a senior...earned those track & field honors in the 1,600 and 800 meters...led the team to its fourth-straight district title as a senior...as a junior, she was an all-state selection in cross country and track & field in the 1,600 and 800 meters with a third and second place finish respectively...was a state champion in the 4x800-meter relay that season to help her team to the state title...as a sophomore, she was all-district in cross country and the state champion in the 1,600 and 3,200 meters in track & field...was also an all-state honoree in the 4x800-meter relay and held the team to the first of two-straight state titles...was a state qualifier in the 1,600 and 3,200 meters as a freshman and all-district in three events.

Personal: Is the daughter of Drs. Thomas and Regina Selva...intends to major in biology at Drake...was her high school class salutatorian.
