2019 Outdoor: was tenth at the Jim Duncan Invitational ... finished 25th at the Kansas Relays ... was on the Sprint Medley Relay that finished ninth at the Drake Relays and was 20th in the 200m ... placed 15th in the Nebraska Invitational ... posted 26th at the MVC Championships.

2019 Indoor: was fourth at the Jimmy Grant Invitational 300m ... was tenth in the final of the 60m at the Graduate Classic also posting tenth in the 200m and a member of the 4x400m relay that finished eighth ... was 22nd at the Black & Gold Premier ... finished 30th at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational and on the 4x400m relay that finished 11th ... placed 19th at the MVC Indoor Championships and on the 4x400m relay finishing eighth.

2018 Outdoor: Took sixth with both the 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams at the MVC Championships...finished eighth in the 200m at the Husker Invitational...placed sixth in the 400m at the Tom Botts Invitational...ran a leg on the winning 4x100 and 4x400 relays at the Jim Duncan Invitational.

2018 Indoor: Finished 18th at the MVC Championships in the 200 meters...took 14th in the 200 meters at the SDSU Indoor Classic...finished 31st at the Husker Invitational in the 200 meters...finished fifth and 10th in the 60 and 200 meters at the Mark Messersmith Invite...placed second and third in the 200 and 60 meters at the Iowa State Duels

2017 Outdoor: Placed 80th in the 100m at the Texas Relays with a time of 10.82...was 13th and 24th in the 100m and 200m at the Arkansas Spring Invitational

2017 Indoor: Was on the fourth place 4x400 relay at the MVC Indoor Championships...finished fourth in the 200m and fifth in the 60m at the Messersmith Invitational...took 3rd with the 4x400 relay and 9th in the 60m at the Missouri Invitational...finished 2nd with the 4x400 relay and 11th in the 400m at the Holiday Inn Invite...placed 3rd in the 300m at the Dutch Holiday Preview.
