2019 Cross Country: Placed ninth at the Creighton vs. Drake Dual in the 4k with a personal best time of 14:47.57 … Placed 63rd at the MVC Championship … Placed 229th at the NCAA Midwest Regional.

2019 Outdoor: finished tenth at the Jim Duncan Invitational ... placed 24th in the 1500m at the John McDonnell Invitational ... set a personal best in the 1500 at the Nebraska Invitational ... set a best time in the 800m at the MVC Championship finishing 21st. 

2019 Indoor: on the third place DMR at the Jimmy Grant Invitational and placed 11th in the mile ... set a personal best in the 3000m at the Black & Gold Premier ... set a best time in the mile at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational.

2018 Cross Country: Placed 139th at the Roy Griak Invitational...Was 49th at the Oz Memorial ... finished 50th at the Hawkeye Invitational.

Prior to Drake: Was a four-time varsity letter winner in cross country and track and field and a four-time state qualifier in cross country ... helped her 4x800 relay team claim second place at the Kansas 6A State track meet her senior year in 2018 … won the 4x800 relay at the state track meet her junior year… placed fifth in 800 meters and qualified in the 1,600 meters for the state track meet her sophomore year … graduated Magna Cum Laude and was named 2018 Kansas City Star Scholar Athlete.

Personal: Majoring in pre-pharmacy… is the daughter of Brock and Cindy Rowatt.
