Biography
2025 Outdoor: Contributed on 9:47.46 distance medley relay team at Drake Relays and 3:16.85 4x400 relay team at MVC Championships…recorded fastest 400m dash time of 49.32 in the MVC Championships prelims.
2025 Indoor: Best 600y mark came at Washburn Open with 1:14.51 time…ran one 800 during indoor season with 2:02.06 at Cyclone Open…best 400m dash of 50.96 came at Iowa State Classic…also member of Iowa State Classic fourth place 4x400 relay with time of 3:19.70.
2024 Outdoor: Began outdoor campaign with 1:58.77 800 at Wartburg Good Friday Challenge, his fastest time of the year in that event…later logged season best 400 time of 50.43 and 4x400 relay time of 3:18.21 at the Jim Duncan Invitational, 3:34.15 sprint medley relay at the 114th Drake Relays.
2024 Indoor: Posted fastest 600 of indoor season with 1:24.70, a fifth place run at Black and Gold Invite…member of 4x400 relay team that took third, fifth, sixth, and seventh throughout the year…also member of winning distance medley relay team that posted 9:56.11 time at MVC Championships.
2023 Outdoor: Earned top seven results with 3:27.05 4x400 relay at Wartburg Outdoor Select, 50.75 400 at Iowa State Alumni Meet, and 47.61 4x100 relay at MVC Championships.
2023 Indoor: At MVC Championships, member of 3:20.47 4x400 and 10:07.02 distance medley relay teams
2022 Outdoor: Ran 23.63 200m dash and 53.06 400m dash at Jim Duncan Invitational.
2022 Indoor: Best 200m dash time of 23.45 came at Cyclone Open…fastest 400 of the season came at Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational with time of 50.83.
2021 Outdoor: Competed in two meets with a 52.79 400m dash and winning 3:23.88 4x400 relay at Jim Duncan Invitational, plus 52.55 400m dash at Wichita State KT Woodman Classic.
2021 Indoor: Had season best times of 51.85 in the Iowa State Classic 400m dash and 3:24.04 as member of 4x400 relay at MVC Championships.
Prior to Drake: Was a part of Dowling Catholic’s varsity team for all four years of high school ... qualified for the state championships as a junior and a sophomore ... he also participated in swimming and cross country.
Personal: Son of Christopher and Kristin Jarabek ... he intends to major in journalism.
