Biography

2026 Outdoor: Third Place finish in the 4x400 at the SLU Speed & Power Festival...recorded season-best 1500 time of 5:19.43 at the Jim Duncan Invitational.

2026 Indoor: Recorded a season-best mile time of 5:34.76 at the Iowa Open and a season-best 3k time of 11:04.59 at the Iowa State Classic.
2025 Cross Country: Ran in two meets, recording a 32nd place finish with a time of 20:10.9 in the Iowa State Cyclone Preview and a 23rd place finish with a time of 15:26.8 in the Hawkeye Invite.

Prior to Drake: Three-time Iowa State Qualifier.
