2026 Outdoor: Set a personal record time of 1:51.55 in the 800-meter run at the Cyclone Twilight...placed third in the 1500 at the Musco Twilight...placed fourth in the 1500 at the Big Red Classic...placed ninth in the 1500 at the MVC Outdoor Championships.
2026 Indoor: Ran a personal record 1000 time of 2:38.33 en route to a ninth-place finish at the Bill Bergan Classic...placed fourth in the 4x400 at the Bill Bergan Classic...placed seventh in the 4x400 at the Cyclone Open.
2025 Cross Country: Ran a personal record 6k time of 19:44.1 en route to a 30th place finish at the Hawkeye Invite...placed 25th at the Bradley Pink Classic...placed 38th at the Missouri Valley Cross Country Championships.
2024 Cross Country: Best 8k time of 24:09.4 earned a top 50 finish at Sean Earl Lakefront Invite…fastest 10k time of 31:28.5 came at NCAA Midwest Region Championship.
2024 Outdoor: Began schedule with 1:54.83 800 to win the Wartburg Outdoor Select…traveled to California for season best 1500 with 3:46.36 at Bryan Clay Invitational…member of runner-up 4x1600 team with 16:50.87 at Drake Relays.
2024 Indoor: Season best mile time of 4:04.37 came at Tyson Invitational and was good enough for sixth place…best 3000 time of 8:24.48 earned second in season opener at ISU Holiday Invite…eventually took fourth at MVC Championships with 4:11.18 mile.
2023 Cross Country: Fastest 5k time came in season opener at Oz Memorial on Sep. 1 with fourth place run of 15:47.3…best 8k time came later at Greeno/Dirksen Invite in 24:27.0.
2023 Outdoor: Ran solely 1500s during outdoor season with best finish in fourth at Jim Duncan Invitational and fastest time of 3:51.38 earning fifth place at the MVC Championships.
2023 Indoor: Improved from season’s start to finish…ended year with Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Championship as member of 10:07.02 distance medley relay team…finished fifth at Iowa Open with 1:57.32 800…best mile time of 4:12.80 came at SDSU Indoor Classic.
2022 Cross Country: Made his Drake debut with a 22:37.5 6K time at the Oz Memorial… Ran an 8K race in 27:19.5 at the Bradley Pink Classic.
Prior to Drake: Prepped at Loyola Academy… Team MVP in cross country and track & field.
Personal: Son of Chrisjon Simon and Laura Kilb-Simon… His father competed on the Drake track & field team and graduated from Drake University in 1990… Kinesiology major… Lists sailing as a hobby.
