2026 Indoor: Recorded a fifth-place finish in the 5k at the Dr. Rick McGuire Invitational...finished tenth in the 3k at the Bill Bergan Classic...ran a season-best mile time of 5:06.50 at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship.
2025 Cross Country: Ran in five meets, recording a season-high 19th place finish with a season-best 4k time of 14:55.2 at the Hawkeye invite...finished 27th with a season-best 5k time of 19:27.9 at the Iowa State Cyclone Preview...recorded a season-best 6k time of 23:33.7 at the Missouri Valley Cross Country Championships.
