2026 Outdoor: Missouri Valley Conference Men’s 5k Champion...MVC Runner-Up in the men’s 1500...qualified for the NCAA Division I West Prelims in the men’s 10,000M...set personal record times in the 10,000 (28:51.77), 5k (14:04.32), and 1500 (3:47.28) ...finished runner-up in the 5000 at the Drake Relays.

2026 Indoor: MVC Third-Place honors in both the 3000 and 5000...Set a personal best mile time (4:14.61) and a personal best 3000 time (8:05.93) ...finished first overall in the 5000 at the Iowa State Classic...finished third in the 4x400 and fourth in the mile at the Bill Bergan Classic.

2025 Cross Country: All-MVC First Team...Finished fourth overall with a personal best 8k time of 23:57.9 at the Bradley Pink Classic...finished fifth overall with a personal best 6k time of 18:00.6 at the Iowa State Cyclone Preview...finished second overall at the Missouri Valley Cross Country Championships...finished 37^th overall with a personal best 10k time of 31:37.8 at the NCAA Division I Midwest Region Cross Country Championships.
