Biography
2026 Outdoor: Competed in five meets, earning an eight-place finish with a season-best 3000S time of 12:31.48 at the Jim Duncan Invitational followed by a season-best 1500 time of 5:19.23 at the Big Red Classic.
2026 Indoor: Competed in three meets that included a season-best mile time of 5:36.44 and a season-best 3k time of 11:47.78.
2025 Cross Country: Ran in four meets with top 35 finishes in both the Iowa State Cyclone Preview and the Hawkeye Invite. In the Iowa State Cyclone Preview, Cook recorded a season-best 5k time of 20:22.6. In the Hawkeye Invite, Cook recorded a season-best 4k time of 16:25.4.
Prior to Drake: Received Iowa Bankers Association Student-Athlete Achievement Award for basketball while standing out on track and field team.
