2026 Outdoor: Finished third in the 4x400 and fourth in the 800-meter run at the SLU Speed & Power Festival...recorded a season-best time of 5:17.12 in the 1500-meter run at the Big Red Classic.
2026 Indoor: 4x400 Runner-Up and 1000-meter run third place finish with a season-best time of 3:09.77 at the Bill Bergan Classic...finished fourth in the 4x400 at the Cyclone Open...finished sixth in the 600-meter run with a season-best time of 1:30.73 at the Iowa State Classic...ran a season-best time of 2:19.34 in the 800-meter run at the Dr. Rick McGuire Invitational.
2025 Cross Country: Ran in four meets...finished 29th with a season-best 4k time of 16:24.6 at the Hawkeye Invite...finished 37th with a season-best 5k time of 21:20.6 at the Iowa State Cyclone Preview...ran a season-best 6k time of 25:13.3 at the Bradley Pink Classic.
