Biography
2025 Outdoor: Traveled west to Bryan Clay Invitational to run fastest 1500 of the year in 3:45.98…later ran best 800 time at Cyclone Twilight meet with pace of 1:51.47…also earned top eight finishes in Jim Duncan Invitational 800 and both 1500 and distance medley relay at Drake Relays.
2025 Indoor: Transitioned smoothly to indoor competition with four season bests posted in the first four meets of the year…opened indoor campaign with 14:28.33 5k to win Iowa State Holiday Invitational…logged 2:23.80 1000m to take fourth at Bill Bergan Open…then crushed a 4:01.81 mile for fifth place back in Ames at the Cyclone Open…later earned another top 10 result with an 8:16.75 3000 at Washburn Open…also collected mile finishes of ninth place at Tyson Invitational in Arkansas and third at Alex Wilson Invitational at Notre Dame.
2024 Cross Country: Closed XC season fiercely with best 8k time of 24:24.1 coming at MVC Championships and best 10k time of 30:58.1 coming at NCAA Midwest Regional Championship.
