2025 Outdoor: Ran exclusively 1500s during outdoor season with two top 10 finishes…season best 15000 of 4:53.21 came at Cyclone Twilight.

2025 Indoor: Posted top times of 11:00.87 in the Cyclone Open 3000m run and 5:17.97 in the mile at the MVC Indoor Championships…highest finish was seventh with an 11:38.02 3000 at Bill Bergan Open.

2024 Cross Country: Began season with 20:59.8 5k at Greeno/Dirksen Invitational…proceeded to post 6k marks of 24:21.7 at Bradley Pink Classic and 24:12.2 at the Missouri Valley Cross Country Championships.

2023 Indoor: Placed 2nd at the Grinnell Invitational in the 800m with a 2:29.80…Placed 2nd at the ISU Holiday Invite in the 800m with a 2:30.04…Set a personal best in the 1000m with a 3:15.54 at the Graduate Classic. 

2023 Cross Country: Set a personal best with a 6k time of 23:58.3 and a personal best with a 5k time of 20:18.0.

2023 Outdoor: PR at Dutch Invite in 1500 (5:04.26).

2022 Cross Country: Competed at the Bradley Pink Classic with a 6K time of 24:17.7.
 
2022 Outdoor: Raced in the 800m four times including a PR of 2:26.07 at the Musco Twilight in Iowa City.
 
2022 Indoor: Recorded a PR in the 400m (1:07.48) at the Cyclone Open… Logged a season-best 800m time of 2:27.42 at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational.
 
2021 Cross Country: Competed at the John Kurtt Invitational with a 5K time of 20:39.2.
 
Prior to Drake: Prepped at Ottumwa High School… Ottumwa High School Female Athlete of the Year as a senior… Heisman Scholarship School Finalist… Finished 16^th at the state track meet in the 400m hurdles… Three-time Cross Country All-Conference selection… National Honor Society member…
